was built with the notion of  "A human, community, environmental-friendly building" in consideration for various environmental items ; energy saving, recycling capabilities, amenity space, assimilating to the landscape, etc.
Because of our important consideration of these items, it was selected as one of the certified buildings of CASBEE(Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency), which assessment tool based on the environmental performance of building, with its great ranking "Rank S", the first in Tohoku District, among the national financial institutions.
In the building, we set "Nagomi (comforting)Terrace" a comfortable space with displays of community works and "Room for Baby, Papa&Mama" a waiting room for clients with young children. Nursing Room, Multipurpose Restroom, Powder Room, are also provided.
